Everything you need to know about distributing your music with Shopolo.
Yes! No upfront costs, no hidden fees, no annual subscriptions. You keep 70% (as Independent Artist) & 80% (as Label) of your streaming royalties.
Your music typically goes live in 2-7 business days after a successful submission. Upload at least 1-2 weeks before your target release date to avoid delays.
Never. You retain 100% ownership and copyright—always. We only have the right to distribute your music on your behalf.
No—we handle everything! Shopolo Music automatically generates ISRC codes for each track and UPC codes for your release. If you already have codes from a previous release, you can use those too.
Your first payment comes 3 months after your release goes live (this covers the initial 90-day DSP settlement period). After that, payments are processed monthly via direct bank transfer once you reach the threshold.
Yes, you have full control. Submit a takedown request anytime through your dashboard or email us. Removal takes 7-14 business days. No lock-ins, no penalties—your music, your choice.
Artwork & metadata: Yes, changes take 7-10 days. Audio files: No—once live, audio can't be replaced (DSP policy). To fix audio, you'll need to takedown and re-upload as a new release.
